Owner-inspected commercial cleaning

Commercial cleaning, inspected by the owner.

Your space, our first priority.

I'm Tiffany Colello, and 1st Priority Cleaning is my business. I walk through every completed job myself before I consider it finished. If you would like to see how that works in your own space, the first step is a walkthrough, no pressure and no contract until you are ready.

How I work

One owner, accountable for every job.

When you hire 1st Priority Cleaning, you are hiring me. I take on the work I can stand behind, and I stay involved in it. The people who clean your space work under my direction and to my standards, and they know your building, your schedule, and the details that matter to you, because I make sure they do.

I walk through every completed job myself and check it room by room: the surfaces, the floors, the corners that are easy to miss. If something isn't right, I want to hear about it directly, and I will make it right.

"If I wouldn't be satisfied with it in my own home, it's not leaving your building that way."

What I do

Cleaning for commercial spaces, with attention to the details.

Whatever the space, one thing always holds: I walk the job myself when it is done. We clean offices and professional spaces across Montgomery County and Greater Philadelphia.

Office and workplace cleaning

Regular cleaning for offices and professional suites on a nightly, weekly, or custom schedule. Common areas, conference rooms, kitchens and break rooms, and restrooms, kept consistent visit after visit.

Engraved illustration of a covered basin and an apothecary bottle on a polished shelf below a window.

Medical and dental offices

Cleaning for healthcare settings, with the disinfection of waiting rooms, exam rooms, and the high-touch surfaces that need closer attention.

Engraved illustration of a bucket of water with a scrub brush resting on its rim on a polished floor.

Deep cleaning and detail work

A top-to-bottom reset when a space needs one. This is where the baseboards, the vents, and the high-touch surfaces get the time they deserve, the parts of a room that show whether the work was done with care.

Floor care

Hard-surface maintenance and carpet cleaning, including stripping and waxing to bring floors back to the condition they should be in.

About the owner

I built 1st Priority Cleaning to do the work the way I would want it done.

I'm Tiffany Colello. I started 1st Priority Cleaning because I wanted to run a cleaning business the way I would want one run for me: careful, consistent, and accountable to the person paying for it. When my name is on the work, I show up for it.

That is why I walk through every job my team completes. Not a manager, not a supervisor; me. I check every room and every surface, because your space reflects your business, and the work my team does reflects mine.

"If I wouldn't be satisfied with it in my own home, it's not leaving your building that way."

Common questions

Common questions

What areas do you serve?
We serve Plymouth Meeting, Conshohocken, King of Prussia, Norristown, Blue Bell, and the surrounding parts of Montgomery County, along with the Greater Philadelphia area. If you are nearby and unsure whether we reach you, ask; we will tell you honestly.
Are you insured?
Yes. 1st Priority Cleaning is insured, and I am glad to walk you through the details when we meet.
How often will you clean my space?
That depends on your space and how it is used. Some clients want a nightly clean, some weekly, and some a custom schedule. We work that out together during the walkthrough so the schedule fits the way you actually use the building.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring our own supplies and equipment. If your space calls for a specific product or there is something you prefer we use, tell me and we will work with it.
Who actually shows up to clean?
A team working under my direction. The faces may vary from visit to visit, but the standard does not: I train the team, I set the checklist, and I walk through the completed work myself.
What happens at the walkthrough, and am I committing to anything?
The walkthrough is a visit, not a sales pitch. I see your space, listen to what matters to you, and put together a plan and a price that fit. There is no pressure and no contract until you are ready.
